Digital delivery

Because digital products can be delivered immediately, sales are generally intended to be final once access has been provided, subject to applicable law.

File or access problems

If a purchased file is inaccessible, corrupted, or materially different from the listing, email support@resellane.com so the issue can be reviewed and corrected.

Support scope

Support covers access issues and product-specific technical problems. It does not include custom bookkeeping, tax advice, or bespoke spreadsheet consulting.
